The meditation circles and cycles will help you to anchor meditation in your daily life through regular appointments in a calm and serene place.
Meditation is a simple act that can be done at any time. Often confused with relaxation, it is above all a technique that allows you to acquire a better knowledge of yourself and the events that take place in your life. Many people abandon the practice of meditation because they put pressure on themselves or set too ambitious goals.
In this cycle, we will focus on our inner peace space.
Why in a circle?
Since 2018, I have been leading women’s and meditation circles in Luxembourg and I am convinced that the strength and energy of the circle creates a space and a circulation of energy, allowing us to support each other in meditation. I have done many group meditations and have found that the practice is facilitated by the energy of the group.
This circle is open to all those who want to take time for themselves, to reconnect with themselves.
What to bring?
– a notebook, to take notes or write down ideas/awareness
– Amicable, comfortable clothes, a cushion to sit on it and a blanket.
– a drink, preferably still water
