As Life Story Coach, I take you on a journey through your life history that will allow you to
- Identify the life story you are telling yourself and others
- Identify your limiting beliefs and modify them
- Identify your inner critici
- Recognize your strengths and talents
- Reconnect to your dreams
- Align yourself with your creative being
The first step to changing your relationships with the world around you is to discover your authenticity.
At the end of the program,
- You will have started your new story
- You will have activated your creative potential
- You will feel more at peace with the world around you
- You will have acquired a state of mind of success
The program runs for 8 weeks, with a 1h-1h30 meeting per week, with follow up between the sessions, so you stay on track. Between meetings you will have personal writing development tools that will help you identify your limiting programs and set in motion a state of mind of success.
The price of the package is 999€.

For more than 10 years, I have been working in project management in different sectors. A successful project is an alchemy between different elements: vision, needs, capacities, timing and means. Therefore the accomplishment of the idea has to be planed and remain felxible to deal with unexpected events. And there will be unexpected changes!
For personal projects, it’s the same!
Unfortunately for personal projects, we let ourselves be caught up in everyday life and obligations. Our state of mind, fear and belief system can prevent us from taking the plunge to realize our dreams. Very often, our personal projects come after everything else and do not go beyond the idea stage, causing frustration and regret. Rediscover joy in our lives, also involves the realization of our projects.
I will accompany you to stay on track and motivate you by bringing my feedback to help you make your ideas and projects a reality.

1. A questionnaire and preliminary interview to identify your needs
2. A first session: setting up objectives and defining an action plan
3. Regular meetings according to defined monitoring needs, in person or online (number to be defined on a case-by-case basis)
