In under 5 weeks, you will discover how to apply in your daily life the meditation practice to start to calm your mind and being focused without having to participate in endless online training and workshops.

We will focus on 5 main points I use to bring back peace in my daily life:

  • Breath

  • Body

  • Emotions

  • Present Moment

  • Heart

You will become more centred, joyful, and regain motivation, that you have lacked during these difficult times.

What you will get, will include :

  • 5 one-to-one online sessions of 1h over 5 weeks, where I will explain the concepts and answer your questions. Every session includes a meditation practice.

  • The recording of the 5 private and exclusive meditations we do together. You will be able to keep them afterwards for your personal practice.

  • Exercises and Tips you can apply during the day to centre yourself instantly.

Details:

The sessions will be organized by skype or zoom, on a time and date previously agreed upon. Sessions can be done in French, English, German, or Luxembourgish.
